CampaignSmart makes it easy to manage your most important, and probably one of your biggest, bookkeeping headaches: Contributions. With CampaignSmarts' easy to follow Graphical User Interface, CampaignSmart will prompt the software user to choose contribution type, the contributor and what type of contributor, deposit and receipt dates, and offers a field for a brief description if necessary. In addition, the History, Notes, and Mass Input fields also allow for greater control and ease of use for special contribution management. From this screen, once you have filled out all the information necessary, you simply click update and the information is sent to the CampaignSmart database and is ready for future reporting.
